Terms

Nightdrive is a browser driving game run by James Strickland, an individual in the United Kingdom, as a personal project. By playing you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].
The game
You can drive as a guest without an account. Signing in with Google or a wallet lets you collect Aftervolts, keep a profile and fund campaigns. The game is provided as it is, may change, may be paused, and may end.
Aftervolts
- Aftervolts (AVOLTS) are an in-game credit on the Base network. They are not an investment, not money, and not a promise of value.
- Nightdrive does not buy Aftervolts back and makes no promise about any market price.
- Balances are held in a public contract, the Player Vault. You can withdraw to a wallet you control, within daily limits.
- Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Sending to the wrong address, or losing access to your own wallet, loses those tokens.
- Reward rates, fees and limits may change. Rewards earned by automation, scripts or more than one account per person may be withheld or removed.
- You must be 18 or over to withdraw, buy or fund campaigns with Aftervolts, and it is your responsibility to follow the law where you live.
Campaigns
Campaigns must be lawful, honest and suitable for a general audience. No hate, harassment, adult content, scams, or other people's work without permission. Campaigns can be held or removed at any time, including after player reports. Unused rewards of a removed campaign return to its sponsor; the fee does not.
Your content
You keep ownership of names, images and text you add. You allow Nightdrive to show them in the game for as long as they are published. Uploaded images may be stored on IPFS, which is public and may keep copies.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Nightdrive is not liable for lost tokens, lost profits, outages, bugs, or the actions of other players, wallets, networks or exchanges. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
